Директор бібліотеки Людмила Німчук ознайомила відвідувачів із тематичною виставкою «В серцях і книгах пам’ять про війну» та меморіальною фотовиставкою «Пам’ятаємо, гордимося героями-земляками».
Щороку травневі дні об’єднують усіх, для кого мир, незалежність і територіальна цілісність держави є найвищими цінностями. Стійкість, самовідданість, жертовність старшого покоління на полі бою заради перемоги над ворогом – важливий приклад патріотизму для нащадків. Ми були переконані, що ніколи знову не буде війни на нашій землі. Але Україна сьогодні воює за свободу та незалежність, за демократію, за право вибору, за людяність. І вже онуки й правнуки воїнів-визволителів захищають Україну від рашистів. За право жити у вільній, правовій і незалежній європейській державі гинуть найкращі українці.
Наше завдання інформувати, нагадувати, пам’ятати про кожного хто віддав життя за мир в Україні. Історія повторюється , та ми йдемо по цьому колу з Україною в серці, з вірою в наш народ, в наші Збройні Сили. Не забуваймо, що той, хто захищає свою землю, завжди перемагає. Ця пам’ять робить нас сильнішими. І буде наша перемога! І буде наша перша хвилина миру!
