24 травня 2023 року бібліотечні працівники Комунального закладу «Бершадська бібліотека» взяли участь у фаховому заході «Виклики сучасності: пошук формули успіху», який організувала Вінницька обласна бібліотека для юнацтва.
Під час онлайн – консультаріумі обговорювались ряд сучасних питань, щодо роботи бібліотек з молоддю та дітьми: «Полемічні роздуми щодо особливостей роботи бібліотек в умовах воєнного часу», «Соціальне партнерство бібліотеки: енергія заради розвитку та вклад в майбутню Перемогу», «Робота бібліотеки з молоддю в сучасному форматі», «Промоція читання через цифровий контент», «Основні аспекти роботи бібліотек області з користувачами-дітьми у 2022 році», «Складові успіху роботи з дітьми, які вимушено покинули свої домівки», «Конкурсна діяльність – майданчик для втілення творчих здібностей користувачів», «Бібліотечний копірайтинг в соціальних мережах: головні правила та помилки».
Під час консультаріуму бібліотекарі мали можливість поділитися досвідом з колегами, отримати цікаві і корисні консультації і поради , які необхідні у практичній діяльності публічних бібліотек. Сьогодні молодь як особлива соціально-демографічна група вимагає підвищеної уваги – вона формує і несе в собі образ майбутнього, саме на неї покладається відповідальність за розвиток і благополуччя суспільства.
Головним завданням бібліотек є надання юнакам та дівчатам максимуму знань і моральних орієнтирів, що забезпечить їх формування як активних і творчих особистостей із урахуванням змін, що відбуваються в молодіжному середовищі. Від бібліотек вимагається все більше – вийти за рамки обміну книжками і перетворитися на громадські центри. Бо час і наші користувачі вимагають цього.
